- Assess clients temperature respiration pettren(dyspnea productive cough).
- Monitor Urinary changes(cloudy,foul-smelling urine)
- Monitor skin changes(redness,swelling)
- Provide privacy to prevent from infection
- Take preventive measurement aseptic techniques and hand washing when given care.
- Give medication(antibiotic)as per order
- Educate about disease sign and symptoms causes and preventive measurment
- Give emotional support patient and family member
